Our most recent client satisfaction survey started in late October and was supposed to last for a week. However, the staggering number of replies convinced us to extend it for another week. In the end, hundreds of Ed-admin users from all over the world participated in this survey. First and foremost, we would like to thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. We truly value the information you have provided. Your responses will be instrumental in helping us improve Ed-admin to be the best solution for everyone in the education sector.

We have started analysing the results of the survey and incorporating your suggestions and comments into our roadmap. The following is a list of your most common requests and how we are going to address them in the near future.
1. A more modern UI
We have been working on improving our interface for a while now, and we are happy to let you know that Ed-admin is going to get a new look very soon. More modern and more user-friendly.

2. Ed-admin is going to be faster
We are moving to AWS T4G servers, which are faster. We are also optimising the Ed-admin code and moving certain intensive functions, such as Results Analysis, off the application server to speed it up. You can expect a faster Ed-admin during the course of next year.
3. More video guides are coming
Helping Ed-admin users to have a smooth and frictionless experience with the software has been our priority from the start. Video guides are an effective means to help you better understand Ed-admin’s functionalities. We are happy to let you know that currently, you can find more than 30 embedded video guides, and 50 more are being developed and will be released in the following months.
