How to activate Re-enrolment on the Edana Parent app?
Go to the Setup module in Ed-admin and follow the path below: “Portal Management > Sponsor/Parent Portal > Registration-Re-enrolments > Policy.” Here you can activate re-enrolment on the Edana parent app for different academic years.
How does it look in the Edana Parent app?
1. On the main menu, parents can find the Re-enrollment button.
2. On the re-enrollment page, they may choose to start the re-enrollment or let the school know that their student will not be returning.
3. If they choose the “Re-enroll” option and tap “Next,” they can start the registration process previously set by your institution in Ed-admin.
4. If they choose the “Student is not returning” option and click “Next,” they will be asked to provide a reason for leaving. This will allow the educational institution to gain better insight into their student retention rates.
